Transparent Participatory Citizen Focused Public Security

Strengthening the Civilian Oversight of Internal Security Forces Project Phase III has started. Funded by the European Union, the project is being implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

The Project aims at ensuring transparent, participatory and citizen-oriented public security.

The overall objective of the Project is to ensure the transition to a civil and democratic oversight of the internal security forces based on the principles of good governance, human-oriented security and social security.
